Position Overview:
As an In Lieu/Out-of-State Police Officer with CCSDPD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our school communities. This position offers a unique opportunity for experienced law enforcement professionals from other states to continue their career in a school policing environment.

- 80 hours earned first year of employment
- 120 hours earned annually 2nd – 5th year
- 144 hours earned annually 6th – 10th year
- 168 hours earned annually after 10th year
- Paid Sick Leave and ability to earn Personal Leave

• Nevada has no state income tax and employees do not pay social security tax
- Starting Pay: $52,204 - $68,806 * placement on the salary table will be commensurate with negotiated agreement

3% Pay for Advanced P.O.S.T. Certificate
6.9% Assignment Differential Pay
