The Numbers:

• $75k to $100k annual salary and benefit package (that amount INCLUDES $15k in free housing and utilities)
• Premera Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance
• Five years to vest in the State of Alaska retirement system
• Low call volume; we have bears (not a joke; if you are afraid of them, stay in the lower 48)
• Four officer department; we all work

Applicant Requirements:

• Current certified/licensed police officers from Alaska or reciprocity recognized State
• Prefer officers with experience but entry level officers are encouraged to apply!
• Must be able to work independently
