We are searching for a Director of Mobile Apps Content Strategy who will be responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and management of content for our mobile applications, as well as leading app adoption and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of mobile content trends, user engagement, and UX/UI best practices that create sticky experiences. The successful candidate will devise, socialize, and help execute content initiatives that ensure the delivery of compelling and high-quality content that aligns with our brand and business objectives. This position is remote. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for mobile applications, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 
  • Operate as the key driver to provide best practices design that drives adoption and utilization of the application. 
  • Lead and manage the content development, providing direction, mentorship, and support. 
  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to create engaging and user-friendly content experiences within the mobile app. 
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and curation of content, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance. 
  • Monitor and analyze content performance and system metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and drive user engagement. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and improve content offerings and designs. 
  • Manage relationships with external content creators, agencies, partners, and technology vendors. 
  • Drive retention through strategic content initiatives and engaging UX/UI architectural frameworks. 
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to content and technology. 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in content development and product content strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven history of developing and executing successful content strategies for mobile applications that drove engagement and retention. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. 
  • Exceptional understanding of mobile content trends, user engagement strategies, and architectural best practices. 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. 
  • Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and wireframing. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Excellent communication and people skills. 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in content development and product content strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

Compensation for this role starts at $115k plus bonus. Base commensurate with experience.
